STAYING ACTIVE IS A BIG PART OF BEING A DISNEY ON ICE PERFORMER

Our athletes train for a few hours every day to stay show fit, but if you don’t have that kind of time even a quick workout will help you be your best. Inspired by the actual routines of performers, this quick arm workout will have you on your way to strengthen your upper body.

 

TIGHT ON SPACE?

Fear not! This workout can be done in the tiniest of city dwellings just as easily as in a big backyard.

DON’T HAVE WEIGHTS?

No problem! Small hand luggage, water bottles or even cans of soup can be used to substitute for dumbbells.

MAKE IT YOURS

When you are starting out remember to go at your own pace and listen to your body. If you are more advanced, do each exercise back-to-back with little to no rest in between moves and pause for 30 seconds to a minute in between each round. This is your fitness journey so no matter your level if you need to take a break feel free to do so at any time.
